Valerie Harper is a professional artist living in the beautiful town of Hudson, Quebec. Her second home is in Sydney, Australia where she is inspired by the incredible
"ocean-scapes"!! She has been painting for over 40 years and also taught watercolour for many years. She is a member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour
and the Society of Canadian Artists.
When Valerie is not in her studio painting she collects sea glass along Australia's shoreline. She is seduced by these frosted gems which have been tumbled against rocks
and sand for tens or hundreds of years. Each sea glass jewel is carefully hand-picked for her sea glass sculptures.
